Held at George Coates Restaurant, Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE on Tuesday 17th November 2009.
Ingham Road Seafoods have teamed up with the TAFE apprentices, as well as Don Haddon (Chef/Teacher) to create a 5 Course Gourmet Feast, matched with the finest beer, supplied by Fosters Group.
Tickets are $75 per head, available from Ingham Road Seafoods.

Sixty lucky Townsville diners had their taste buds rocked when Ingham Road Seafood teamed up with restaurant A Touch of Salt to produce a seafood spectacular last month.
The five-course gourmet feast was the first in a series that aims to introduce clients to new ways of eating fresh seafood products.
Ingham Road Seafood will partner with head chefs from many of Townsville’s finest restaurants, as well as wine merchants, on a monthly basis to create the delicious menus. COMING up on Tuesday August 25 is a seafood spectacular dinner at A Touch of Salt in Ogden St. The chefs there have combined with Ingham Road Seafood and Samuel Smith and Son wine merchants to create a five-course dinner which sounds like a real treat.
